Ms. Frances Sallah-Brown

With over 25 years of strategic Human Resource Management experience in both private and complex unionized environments, Frances Sallah-Brown is a seasoned professional dedicated to driving organisational success. As an Associate Director at Zormelo and Associates, she has excelled as our Senior HR Practitioner for more than a decade.

Frances’s expertise encompasses a comprehensive range of HR functions, including Change Management, Employee Relations, HR Policies and Procedures, Employment Law, Training and Development, Redeployment, Recruitment and Selection, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Workplace and Leadership Coaching.

Prior to her tenure at Zormelo, Frances served as Head of HR at Republic Bank Ghana for four years, where she played a pivotal role in the bank’s cultural transformation and successfully led its unionization efforts in 2017/2018. Additionally, she held the position of Senior HR Programme Manager at Network Rail in the UK, where she effectively managed HR teams during the demobilization of staff following major project completions.

Frances is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK and the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management in Ghana, as well as a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, London.
