Ms. Frances Brown

Frances Sallah – Brown is an Associate Director of Zormelo and Associates, who has close to 14 years experience Human Resource Management at strategic levels in private and complex unionized environments. She has experience in Change Management, Employee Relations, HR Policies & Procedure, Employment Law, Training & Development, Redeployment, Recruitment & Selection, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Corporate Induction, Workplace/Leadership Coaching, and Redundancy.

Prior to that Frances worked as a Graduate Recruitment Officer in Alenia Marconi Defence Systems, Administration Officer at Brent Council, Human Resource Administrator at Alstom.  She also worked at Network Rail, London until August 2013 in different roles.  She was HR Development & Resourcing Advisor; HR Business Partner (Projects & Transition); HR Project Manager (Competence & Resources) and HR Senior Programme Manager.

Frances is a member of the Institute of Personnel & Development in the UK, Institute of Human Resources in Ghana, and the Institute of Leadership & Management.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, and a Diploma in Journalism from the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
